All bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Once a bonus expires, it is removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. A bet is only considered placed when you receive a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your balance. A bet shown as pending on a slow connection may not have been accepted. In-play betting markets at m666game are subject to rapid odds changes and potential market suspension during live events. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation — not the odds displayed when you began the bet placement process. In cases where the odds have moved significantly between initiation and confirmation, your bet may be declined and you will be offered the new odds.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets typically stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned. Tournament outright bets are only voided if the entire tournament is cancelled — individual match delays within a running tournament do not affect outright positions.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email to the registered address. Investigations are typically concluded within 14 days. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld winnings paid. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be closed and funds handled according to the nature of the breach.
You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support at support@m666game.biz. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any balance in a voluntarily closed account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure, subject to standard verification checks.
